This is my experience and I would never recommend them to anyone.
I purchased my first car here, and while the buying process of course has pressure from the sales manager, the follow through on the dealerships obligations has been terrible. I've got radio silence and the run around when trying to resolve my issues(their errors). They messed up my plates registration and after paying $420 for new plates and registration(which is in my contract), they made an error and did a plate transfer (plates I no longer have and gave with my old vehicle). I had an amazing experience at Dick Hannah with Reno G. He was very helpful and precise from start to finish.
They charged me almost $3,000 to repair a leaking sunroof and resultant damage. This was the third time they have worked on the sunroof for leaking in the last three years. They appear to be incompetent and do not stand by their work.
