Jessica and Miguel, and Angela in the service and parts department. As well as Art (location manager), Raymond (sales) and Collin (financing) went above and beyond for me and my family. They fixed a problem, that had nothing to do with them or their location. And that right there spoke volumes. They truly are an amazing group of humans. And I feel as if I owe them so much. They explained everything to me, as well as my brother. Told my options. Apologized for how another location had done me wrong and promised to help me. I mean calling/ texting/ emailing to check in. They were so kind, patient, understanding and kept their word. Dick Hannah on 122nd and burnside is where I will be telling everyone to go to. They all worked as a team, they were so genuine and sincere. I wasn't just another consumer. They treated me with such care. Each call I found myself crying after hanging up, because they all kept their word. They gave me hope and most importantly reassurance. What may have seemed so small to the other lot, was major for my family and I. And I am just beyond appreciative of the care Burnside location gave us. And even told me happy birthday multiple times. Collin thank you for being so organized as well as also being attentive. You and Raymond staying late, due to my work schedule was amazing, knowing you guys needed to get home to your families. I will continue to tell everyone how amazing you all are! thank you for making this such an amazing experience for me. I walked away happier than ever. And it is all thanks to all of you!
