  • Chris was very kind, understanding, and patient with me while I bought my car. Everyone that I dealt with there was awesome, unfortunately I can’t remember everyone’s names. I had a poor credit score, and not much money to work with but you guys got me into a car that I am very happy and excited about. I never felt judged. If felt like everyone really want to help. If and when I need another car I will totally be back!!
  • My husband and I were not really planning to buy a car on this day. However, Chris got us such a great deal on our new Hyundai Tucson that we couldn’t resist. The experience (from arrival to signing of the papers) was a hundred times more relaxed and un-stressfull than our previous car purchasing experience.

  • It was a pleasure doing business with your company. I found dealing with Brenda Gilliland to be like working with a family member and not a sales person. Her laid back approach to this sale was what finally sold me even though I knew I would purchase a replacement car soon. Brenda took the extra time to explain and clarify things for me; going far beyond her duty as a sales person. If she continues in this manner I have the feeling she will be one of your top sales people. I have a history with the VW that goes back to my youth and I’m glad that I was able again to acquire a Volkswagen. Thank You.
  • This was my first time looking for a new car. I have only had used cars in the past and bought them off Craiglist, or from the newspaper. I would say that my experience is one that I will never forget. Brandon made me feel welcome at Dick Hannah. He deserves a promotion!
  • Brandon was a very personable car salesman. Most car salesmen are annoying and want to follow you around to get you to buy a car, but Brandon was really nice and I could tell he really wanted to help me get a car. I would recommend him to any of my friends that are looking for a Volkswagen.
  • Melani, our sales person, had the vehicle we were interested in ready to go for us when we arrived, but we changed our mind on the color. She didn’t skip a beat and we were test driving very quickly. She patiently test drove with all three of us in the family who wanted to drive the car. We are Costco member, which is a great approach for car buying at this dealership. We quickly were presented a very fair price based on the Costco program. However, there was an even better price advertised on the dealership web site, and the sales manager honored that price immediately.

Travis took the time prior to my arrival to find a few cars for me to look at so that saved me time. I have already recommended many a friend and co-worker to your store to car shop and to buy their next car. Thank you for making my car buying experience a great one.

  • Be sure to ask for Justin Brainerd when you head in to Dick Hannah’s Hyundai of Portland. We had done our research about the car and the dealership, but found out, there was so much more we did not know. Justin took his time and explained everything to us. We had a list of cars we wanted to see and we found out that the Elantra had everything we wanted in a luxury car at a compact price. No need to look further. Awesome salesman and awesome car. Thanks Justin for making our choice easy.
  • I recently leased a new Hyundai Santa FE from Hannah Hyundai of Portland and Both Mike Roll the manager and his sales staff of Ketorie and Justin treated me with the utmost respect. Mike worked hard for over a week to locate the car I was looking for and never deviated from the deal we agreed to verbally before the car was located. On premise for the final test drive, evaluation of my trade and the filling out of paperwork went smooth and as quickly as possible. I would just like to thank the staff of Hannah Hyundai of Portland for the courteous and relible support they offered in putting the deal together and would highly recommend them to anyone who may be considering a Hyundai purchase or lease.
  • I recently bought a used BMW from this dealership and had great and friendly service from their staff, especially Betsy Anderson. She was knowledgable, easy-going, patient and courteous (and helped me get home with my new car, since I had driven my friend’s car there!).

    As a woman, I’ve felt somewhat intimidated at several other dealerships, but I felt safe and at ease with Betsy.

  • My experience shopping for a new car at Hannah Hyundai was made easy, straightforward and quick, thanks to Betsy Anderson. Betsy’s an absolutely outstanding Hannah team member who knows her cars, and who’s friendly, funny, totally genuine - she shatters the stereotype often associated with folks who sell cars. I’d recommend Hannah to anyone shopping for a Hyundai, and I’d wholeheartedly recommend working with Betsy.
  • Having bought several cars in my life,(5 so far) I knew what to expect as far as the whole process goes. I usually have unpleasant experiences but when I visited Dick Hannah Hyundai Dealership I was very fortunate to have Tan as my salesman. He was very concerned to all my needs, even going out of his way to get to know me and what I need for my next car. I was pleasantly surprised that he didn’t push me to get what I didn’t want or need. I will send all my friends to him. Thanks Tan!
  • I just bought a car from Dick Hannah / Hyundai of Portland, and had such a good experience (yes, with a CAR DEALER!).

    After driving nearly a dozen different cars over the last couple weeks at nearly as many dealerships, settling on the Elantra Touring as our car of choice and negotiating on price with several other dealers (getting it down to well under MSRP), we stopped in at Hannah.

    As it turned out they were the only dealer in town with the exact car we wanted in the color we wanted, and after the barest minimum of negotiation they matched the lowest price we’d already bargained for elsewhere.

    Betsy was friendly, pleasant and one of the least pushy salespeople I’ve ever dealt with. There was no haggling to speak of, no pressure tactics, no hassles. Even the dreaded "business office" didn’t push the dealer add-ons very hard. Overall they made it as easy as buying a car could possibly be. We drove off the lot happy, having gotten exactly the car we wanted for exactly what we wanted to pay.
  • I came into Dick Hannah expecting to get the typical car buying experience. Dick Hannah was anything but that!

    I knew as soon as I met my salesman that the pressure to BUY BUY BUY was off. Justin Brainerd was knowledgeable, friendly, and offered a genuine smile. He took his time finding us the car we came looking for, taught us plenty about our car, and didn’t pressure us one bit. All this AND we got a great deal. (I know because my wife did months of research)

    Justin did an AWESOME job helping me and my family a long our path to finding the perfect car. Mike Roll and Christina helped us with the paperwork and were wonderfully pleasant.

    Consider me a costumer for life!
  • We were in Portland visiting family when we decided to stop and take a look at Sonatas at Dick Hannah. We were greated by Betsy Anderson. What an awesome lady! (and salesperson!) She made the whole experience relaxed and pressure free. We were able to take our time looking and deciding what vehicle we wanted and when it came time to deal it seemed like it only took minutes! Betsy is down to earth and made the whole experience enjoyable. We will be recommending Betsy and DIck Hannah to all of our friends and family!
  • I have purchased a few cars in my past, only to learn that I had been played by the typical sales man con. I went to Dick Hannah with my armor on, prepared to battle, but there was no need. From the first phone call to Brandon, to the signing detailed from Tan and Brandon, the two worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, at the price I could afford. I would go back for another vehicle, but no need because I got my dream car!
  • Tan Nguyen made the purchase of our new Hyundai Elantra Limited a positive experience instead of a grinding ordeal. Over the phone and through the Internet he asked questions to gain an understanding of what we thought we were interested in. He then provided us with several quotes for different Hyundai models and their trim levels. He set an appointment time convenient for us to meet and was prepared to show us the same models he had quoted us. He encouraged us to experience the different models by driving and examining their differences. He placed the cars beside each other to ease transition between vehicles. Once we had made our decision he facilitated the paperwork with no surprise fees, add ons, or stress inducing pressure. He listened, was attentive and considerate, answered every question, and maintained his sense of humor. We made a friend yesterday. When the time comes to buy another car, we will go back to Dick Hannah and work with our friend Tan.
